ok i no theres been a few other threads on this but they were w while a go, im lookin for the your advice on the best gym in carlow, im looking to keep in shape and maybe bulk up a bit......any advice welcomed....i hear the 7 oaks and the talbot are the best....

can't beat mcfits for me, full of genuine people and very little posers!
