You need to rewire the gearbox so that the cables come out the front, not the rear and then you route the cables through to the PEQ box.

is there any guides? im not so keen on doing it myself if it means taking out or anything to do with the gearbox

I'm sure there is, I've never looked though. Google is your friend here, or you could drop it into a shop.

I could be wrong but I dont think you need to take apart the gearbox at all. The wires probably stick out once you open the gun up and then you just move them.

They're not long enough and as far as I can remember, there wouldn't be enough room anyway.

Extend them with some spare wire and electrical tape. What you mean not enough room?

If you try and run the wires around the gearbox on the left hand side you will probably foul the the selector plate and cause yourself all sort of problems moving between safe, semi and auto.
If on the other hand you decide to go down the right side you may be fouled by the bolt cover, hop-up unit etc and if you try to go over the top of the gearbox then you run into problems with the charging handle

The only proper/correct way to do this is to open up the gearbox and reroute the wiring through the gearbox as god and nature intended it to be done
If you feel that it may be beyond your ability then seek some proper help/assistance in doing so
Any the Airsoft Retailers can do it for you and there are also a number of people on this forum who also do this type of work.

Yeah I see now. Like I said, I have no experience with stubby killers, just going by my experience with other AEGs.

    Experience with what other AEGs.
You have my couriosity aroused now

What I said for the Stubby applies to most M4 type AEGs

Yeah I spose it was kind of cheating! :D

My experience is a UMP. The wires can be brought through where the stick battery would normally go!

PS. Didn't mean to arouse you!
