    Looking to rent a car for two weeks in Malaga, I'm 23 so getting hit with young driver surcharge left right and center.

    If anyone knows of any cheap car rental hire, that would be great.

    Thanks

    We're off to Malaga at the end of April and the apartment owner recommended - http://www.hellehollis.com

    They seemed pretty cheap (we priced around) and looking at the Ts&Cs now it looks like once you are 23 there is no young driver surcharge...
    13. Driver(s):
    For vehicles in groups B to D, drivers must be at least 21 years of age, and for all other groups
    drivers must be at least 23 years of age, unless a Young Driver’s Insurance has been
    contracted. For drivers of 75 years of age or more, a special senior drivers insurance must be
    contracted. The renter must hold a valid driver’s licence, which has been valid for at least 12
    months prior to the date of the rental agreement. Additional drivers must be approved by
    HELLE HOLLIS, be named in the rental agreement and meet the same rental conditions
    required of the renter. All drivers must sign the rental agreement.

    I used http://www.malagacar.com in 2008 and found them very reasonable , I couldnt tell you about any young driver supplements as it would not be applicable to me , but worth checking out.
    They are 'off site' which means they pick you up at the airport and bring you the half/1 mile to their location , but that is no problem really.

    Try these guys:http://www.orioncarhire.com/ They are super cheap and do a quick and efficient service. I have used them a couple of times and would recommend them.

    +1 for AutoEurope, the co.uk web site is usually cheaper than the .ie.
