Traffic update from May-ooooooooo

    Traffic was crawling on the westport castlebar road this morning, as there was a full size cardboard cut out of a Guard, florescent jacket and all, and a traffic gun, and it looked pretty damn real from the distance.

    Seemed to be proving as effective as having actual guards there.

    Its only when you get up close that you realise the cop is only one dimensional.

    Not a bad april fools by Mayo County counsil. A lot cheaper than the real thing too I suppose.

    They done that about 2 years ago in my area it was a gaurd in a car

    Sigh.......only in Ireland are our law enforcement mad out of cardboard

    It makes me feel so safe:rolleyes:
