Excel 2007 Save Location.

Is there a way to define the save location for Excel 2007 files?

I use an Excel template to create invoices but when I save them I have to both name it & choose a location to save it (other than the template location).

I want the template to remain untouched & the newly created invoices to be saved to a separate location.
