prosecuting people?

    does anyone know or please tell me how i can prosecute someone for wasting garda time or can i do it? and how so? thank you

    Well first of all, the best thing you can do is ring your local garda station, explain your story, and work from there.

    We aren't meant to give out legal advice on this forum, but doing what i just explained is your best bet !!

    You are not a member of AGS (assuming you are in Ireland) and so can not prosecute people, thats for the Police to do.

    Well first of all, the best thing you can do is ring your local garda station, explain your story, and work from there.

    We aren't meant to give out legal advice on this forum, but doing what i just explained is your best bet !!
