    Hi Lads and Lassies,

I am heading to morocco for a week with a group this weekend, some say the weight allowed for carry-on hand luggage is 6 kg's and now i heard 7 kg's as well as 10 kg's and just to cap it off the aer lingus site say's both 6 kg's and 10 kg's does any one know what we are allowed to carry on the flight.

If you read the Aer Lingus website, it's 10 kg. 7kg is only for flights operated by Aer Lingus Regional (smaller, commuter planes, which obviously won't be flying you to Morroco ;)).

    Yeah it is 10kg.
    I hope they're nowhere strict as ryanairs...yet
Made everyone including myself put our bags in this thing to see if it fits within maximum lenght etc at the boarding gate. Happened to me both ways from Dublin and Prague last week

Aer Lingus tend to be less strict than Ryanair - but do not count on it always working out. Two days ago, we had our hand luggage weighed with Aer Linugs. You never know.
