I have highlighted the suspicious part. Are you in some way affiliated to this website?

I too have my suspicions, OP has posted a number of "bargains" relating to the same place.

Sounds like "our" was taking directly from a newsletter.

The OP has also put in Bargain Alerts about Lidl, Superquinn, MyMemory, FigLeaves among others in recent months.

I'm letting it slide as there's absolutely nothing in his post history to suggest he's affiliated with the website in any way. If anything, I'm guessing he's subscribed to their mailing list / newsletter and is passing on that information here.

basquille is right. I subscribe to their special offers mailing list. Uksoccershop is one of my top 10 online shops. Only wish they did more ladies jerseys. Although, Kids XL fits better than a man's small and tends to be cheaper ;-).

What's the delivery to Ireland cost?

I added something to the cart, went to sign up and date of birth was a mandatory field? Surely this goes against data protection principles? 'Personal data shall be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose or purposes for which they are processed.'

    £6 to Ireland.

Data Protection Act does not prevent some-one asking for your date of birth. It's upto you whether or not you give it. Data Protection Act covers the misuse of such information.

It's a required field so if you want to buy something of them you need to put it in. Why is it required to purchase something online? Data Protection covers against the gathering of non-relevant details which in this case is DOB.
