Iphone sync with more than 1 computer

AM i right in thinking that you can only *manually* manage music on the iphone from 1 computer? I have music on both my computer at home and in work and when i try to add from one it deletes all the music that i had already added from the other. Thanks

Pretty much... I suspect it may also wipe your contacts etc so be careful.
