My company are considering asking (telling) everyone in
the organisation to work an extra day a week for the
rest of the year and they will not pay any extra remuneration. And by that I do not mean time and a half
is off the cards - but that they will not pay an extra cent.

I'm expecting a company meeting to be held in the next
day or so to announce this and I have one simple question:

    Is this legal?
