Hi all, I was wondering if it is possible for a woman to still conceive if she suffers from an ovarian cyst? It's just I know of some women who had them and had operations and could never conceive again, so is it also true that if they be operated on that they really have no chance of ever being pregnant? Depends on the medical history, the family history and what the operations were.
