getting a subsequent licence

    I have a licence for a shotgun but want to sell it and keep the subsequent licence, anyone know how i can go about this,

    went to my local cop shop at 2pm asked to speak to the fo, cop went off came back said he be down shortly, 35 mins later cop arrives out, says are you still here that the fo went home at 14.10,:mad::mad::mad:
