Having read the first three sections of Chapter 1, I liked it. You write very well. It's not that easy to know what's going on, obviously, but I like the psychedelic feel it has.
If I had to say what other works it calls to mind, it reminds me of a cross between the apocolyptic style of A Clockwork Orange and the drug-induced mania of Trainspotting.

Really good though, certainly a step away from the norm and I like that.

Hey man I really appreciate the comment. Let's hope the rest of it goes ok. My main influences are probably the likes of J.G. Ballard and William Burroughs, so your comparison to Irvine Welsh and Burgess is spot on. It's difficult though when you are so influenced by such strong writers to maintain your own voice, but alas I'm treating this as practice, in which I can hone my style.

Anyways I'm really glad you enjoyed it. That is the main reason why I write.

Thanks for the comment. I have just finished chapter 3, so when it is all polished and cleaned up I'll be putting it up too.

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed that! Good stuff, really surreal, but even though in parts I didn't have a clue what was going on the quality of the writing made me want to keep reading, await the next installation!

Thanks man, appreciate it. I have designed it to be quite ambiguous, so the reader can use the world that I have created and apply it to their own experiences. (I think this tends to deepen the experience). I'm currently proof reading chapter 3 and will post on this when it is put on the blog.

Another Update. The first draft of the 4th chapter is now finished. Just need to start fine tuning it.
