    Hi all,

Can anyone confirm if there are any interuptions to all 4 CH analogue tv channels this evening. Just outside Tullamore ( at work and need to see the match). Dont have access to the DTT version at the moment so dont know if it is effecting this also.

    Cheers

    That's interesting about DTT !
It seemed to be related to ESB problems in the Longford area.

I figured it was snow affecting the microwave links for analogue, but the DTT links remained unaffected. Besides, there's a generator at these big transmitters which would work continuously at a lower power if they were being used. Not so much 5 second interruptions followed by a full resumption of signal. Or maybe the interruptions were too brief to trigger the generator.
