ip time out with ps3

I was using O2 broadband to play mw2 online and it was working well and when i went to put it on today it got an ip time out and i couldnt find out why when i wnet to network sharing centre i cant find the advanced tab for the O2 thing to see if sharing is on is ther another way to turn it on or why is my ip timing out

Your firewall on your pc/laptop is blocking your ps3 from getting to the internet !

This always happens to me on MW2 probly 3-5 times a night. Says ' Server connection timed out'' and im using 15MB UPC broadband. Bloody annoying.
