Was listening to a terrorism expert on TV talking about the female suicide bombers in Moscow and he talked about fears of terrorists recruiting non-Arab looking women with bombs implanted in their breasts. How can this be countered? Random searches?

My opinion is that this is just made up "false flag terrorism" so that the authorities can introduce further draconian anti terrorist measures on the populations.
