Ill keep the ear to th ground as I have missed so much in the last 2 years since I have been here Im looking forwrad to it a lot.

Many of both teams traditionally may have a few on Caxton Street after and as its the end of the tour Im sure they will be about, not much good for the kids to see Rog "Rodged" though.....

It will be quite simple to find out which field the will be training on too, so Ill post when I come across that.

The Irish club also is having a function the night before in the city and it may have a few special guests but regardless should be a good evening which I hope to check out.

the irish rugby team had a meet and greet in albion yesterday, i was very disappointed to only hear of this today as I would of loved to meet the team, I think it was only announced yesterday probably to keep the crowd small as they were only there for 40minutes, does anyone know where the Irish rugby team are tarining as this would be a good opportunity to meet them?

The Irish team are staying at the Hilton in town. There is a formal welcome dinner there tomorrow night. I was around there today and alot of the players and officials are milling about.

Thanks for that! I know about the lunch but tickets are $2000 for a table of ten which isnt in my budget. I really hope to meet them this week so would appreciate if anyone heard anymore and especially about a training session, im off Friday so might try hanging around the hilton for a look:)

I will ask at the dinner tonight if any of the training sessions are open. They are training at Churchie.

Thanks so much, that would be great. I contacted Churchie and they gave me a few numbers for those over the sports and rugby there but I'm afraid if I ring I wont get anywhere. I would really love to go to the dinner but unfortunately cannot round up any friends who are willing to pay that money. Appreciate you finding out

Hi Samantha the team aren't having any training sessions open to the public. They fly out Sunday.
