Tips of Teeth Damaged

I had an eating disorder for years and as a result the tips of my teeth became very transparent and looked weak. I found a great Dentist who bonded the backs of the damaged teeth and tipped up the fronts by using a small brush and possibly a whitening type fluid that was the same color as the rest of my teeth but was told that this (paint type work) was cosmetic. The result was amazing but I was told the damage was irresolvable to the transparent parts of the teeth. It’s been a couple of months since the tips were tipped up and I’m looking for any advise as to where I can purchase this whitening type fluid or is there an equivalent available in shops.

I hope I’m making sense and people know what I’m talking about!
