Carnsoreboxer was asking about N&P, so I checked out their website.

€232 to become a member in 2010. One of the best courses in the country (albeit a long way from anywhere) for 232 quid. Can't argue with that.

Thats amazing value. I'm a member of Rosapenna but they are looking €750 for membership this year, so going to cancel and join Portsalon for €450. With the new bridge it's only 15 mins away and is also a great course.

Kevin, just checked their site. Thought €230 was too good to be true, there's a few caveats with it. But if you are from the area and want to start golf its an amazing bargain. Could teach a few other clubs around the country with falling memberships a thing or too about attracting new local members.

Now that's just cheeky. Apologies for misleading people - when I clicked on the link it asked me to fill in a form, and I thought sod that and didn't bother.

After seeing those photos i really want to play there. The photos of NP actually look better than the Murvagh ones, maybe that mightn't tell the whole story.

In fact i want to promise myself to play every links in Donegal this year, not too likely, but I'm down to play Rosapenna (both), Portsalon and Murvagh within the next few months.
