Anybody care to explain to me why these constantly go on or are held at night time? Is it financially beneficial for the negotiators? It would just seen to me that holding during the day when all your other staff and dept's are working would make a lot more pence

I've always wondered that. Also I can't imagine any of them are exactly bundles of energy being up talking all night....surely it can't be beneficial!!
