    Hi

    Does anyone know the name of a case of a Plaintiff who successfully sued the HSE for personal injuries after he tried to commit suicide by jumping out of a second floor hospital window. I think he was a patient in the psychiatric ward who was admitted after an earlier suicide attempt.

    Can't find that case on bailii or anywhere else. Do you know where I might find it?

    I did think the case I'd heard of was a lot more recent that 1988, but I'm not 100% sure.

    I'm pretty sure it's available on justis - but you need access to a subscription, if you are at university you should be able to access the site through your library
