Thinking of going there for hair replacement and wondering if anyone else has? Some hair loss and they look as though for a big fee they could cover it.

Being totally honest everytime I've went in there I've never found the staff to be overly helpful. I got the impression that they want you in and out as quickly as possible.

Try ourlittlesecret.ie they're a lot cheaper than Hairspray and the hair they use is better quality. Hairspray lost my custom when they refused to adjust my extensions recently because they didn't initially fit them (I had them done in the UK before I moved back to Ireland). The fact they wouldn't even look at them first before deciding put me right off. I can understand them not wanting the hassle of dealing with poorly fitted or badly maintained extensions but to not even take a look before deciding if they'd do the work is just terrible customer service!

That's food for thought...Hairspray certainly seem the most sophisticated, very elaborate website, with clips from x-pose and the Late late show, but that attitude does sound disappointing....Is there many similar stores in Dublin (other than ourlittlesecret, which I will check tanx!:))

your not looking for hair extentions. but hair replacement right? ive dealt with hairspray, they just want your money! realy poor customer service. i would get your golden pages out and look up proper clinics for the treatment you want, i imagine its a pricey thing though, in the thousands.

So has anyone here experience of actual hair replacement then? didn't have much success with the telephone directory....lots of wigs...not much hair replacement...might be forced to try my luck with hairspray.........

They do hair replacement in Blackrock Clinic. www.hairtransplantsurgery.ie Or is that more extreme than what you're looking for?

Long term a hair transplant, but for the immediate future simple hair replacement, like extensions but attached with well I'm not sure how....but used to give coverage where sparse or none......and would never be able to afford Blackrock , would go abroad........

Please don't go to Hairspray, all they want is your money. The owner is a wagon of the highest order and the staff are all miserable. A really slight petite girl was doing my extentions in there one day and suddenly she fainted. Someone got her water and she was straight back to doing my hiar. I asked her if she was okay/did she need a break and she said that she doesn't get lunch breaks which is why she fainted. Poor thing. She was foreign and I think they were exploiting her.

My extentions weren't great either and they charged to take them out. They are a shower of unprofessional w****. Don't give them your custom.

My sister lived in Cologne in Germany for a few years and getting your hair done there is so cheap it's unreal. You can get a full head of highlights, cut, wash and blow dry for 20 quid. I'm not kidding!! I never looked into extentions but I'd imagine they are cheap too...

That sounds awful!.....not surprising but awful...it's because of the personal touch that I didn't complain about my ear being cut two weeks ago....customer service or the lack of it,can make or break a deal.......
