iPhone Headphone Remote/Mic problem.

Hi all, as the title says my headphones Remote/Mic is giving me trouble from some time, i tried to clean the headjack but no avail. iPhone is still under warranty, i have heard that apple will replace it, but does anyone know what is the procedure, do i need to send the headphones first and then receive new one or other…

Hi all,

as this is the only headphone i have and don't want to wait for few days , it's still working fine for music etc.
