    ordered wrestlemania through remote, got purchase confirmation, settled down to watch it this morning and nothing, just said i had to order it again, rang sky said theyd put me through to technical, guy on the phone said hed run some tests because he couldnt get a signal from the box, phone lines been connected and always has been, he said hed arrange another calback to the box when i was off the phone and to ring back at the latest 45 minutes after finishing the call to get the results

    Ring back get this obnoxious person on the phone who just wouldnt listen to what i was saying, I said calmly im not really interested in the event anymore im more worried about whats happening with the box and the results of this supposed callback that was being done with it,she reads the notes and they said exactly what i said and she says ok ill put you on hold, 5 minutes later she comes back, well all we can do is reorder the event for you and if you get billed well credit the account with the money owed

    I said again more forceful this time, im not worried about the event im worried about the box what happened with the callback to it, oh we got a callback on the 9th of march theres nothing wrong with your box the next one is scheduled for april

    After that i gave up and hung up, I cannot understand why its so hard to understand that there technical was running a test FFS, having said that though isnt there a pin that your supposed to enter when you order, i didnt get that it was just automatically put into my planner
