I,m working in an open plan office, which works very well except one individual who is constantly making personal calls.
These calls contains such quality as...
"Hello, just enquiring, do you do under arm hair removial"
"Hi .... the smear test went well I went in and ........."
"Hi, can you put me on to the department that deals with out of sync traffic lights...."
"......well the remote wont work if your not in the same room."
We cant decide if she is pest or just suppling light heart entertainment.

Does your office not have a policy about making personal calls during working hours?
If not then it needs one, because she is obviously not contributing to the business, unless your business is removing the underarm hair of std carrying traffic light repairmen.
