Would ya be better of going to Australia rather than Canada looking for a job? I am basing this on unemployment being 8.2 in Canada and 5.3 in Australia. Or is not as simple as that??

I am not looking to open up a debate on which country is better! More of an economic one really with specific attention to getting a job.

    Thoughts people???

Also why is everyone going to Canada if unemployment is so high??I understand tis better than Ireland but tis hardly recession proof as seems to be the general image of Canada out there?? Am i missing something??

Moved from Indy Travel as it's a query relating to living abroad.
