    Hi,

I would like to know how to start legal proceedings, i can't give details i don't think that is allowed in this forum.

I am doing this on my own and i have no previous experience of court systems.I am certain it will be a public case, i will need a barrister and i know the one that i want.(He has been the first to bring a case like mine into new light), can i choose him?

    Where do i begin ?

I presume i can't just call this man up ?

    Thank you in advance

Apart from the fact that more information is needed to say how to initiate proceedings (e.g. is it a contract matter, a personal injury matter, what court is suitable?), you can't engage the services of a barrister directly. You need a solicitor to engage counsel.

You would be crazy to go ahead with this given that by your own admission, you don't have any experience with the legal system. If you want to give details, feel free to PM me but I don't imagine my advice will change. Get a solicitor with experience in the relevant area!
