convert dreamweaver

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to create a site with dreamweaver, but then convert it to something else? Basically I do not want dreamweaver to connect to the internet. Any ideas?

You can use DW to create the sites HTML and then use another FTP program to upload the files to your server. FTP program such as WS_FTP or Cyberduck for example.
