    Hi all,

Won a prize in work back in January a Holiday which I'm meant to go on in four weeks, checked the T&C's any I belive I won fair and square. Now I left the company I was told I'm no longer entitled to the prize. Checked the T&C's again and now they have been changed so that I can't claim the prize, they added to the T&C that you had to be working there a certain period which I didin't.But the way they wrote the T&C's again meant I could never of won at all. But I have an email from them clearly saying I won and congratulating me.

Where do I go from here should I go to a solicitor? Or can the t&c just be changed like that even after I won.

    Thanks

If you have a copy of the T&Cs (original at the time you won), then you should go see a solicitor, or else you could file with the Small Claims Court.

I have two screen shots from there website showing the t&c's I won with. I also have a screen shot of after when they changed the t&c's to suit them. Would a screen shot be enough to take them to court with?
