Can't install addictive drums demo in reaper

    I can't seem to get addictive drums demo working in reaper, I have the DLL file in the same vst folder as all the other vsti. Seriously driving me a little crazy.


    windows 7 started

    Thanks I wish it was but its not, I probably should have been clearer, I can't get it to show up as a VSTi in the effects panel. I have managed to add numerous other VSTi to it and have spent hours trying different combinations of placement of all the additional files and the .dll but no joy. I'm thinking of just doing a clean install of reaper and then readding AD but want to try that only if nothing else works.

    I searched the net far and wide and can't find anyone with the same issue so its mpst likely down to some frack up on my behalf.

    Are you a member of the Addictive forum on XLN Audio? Join up and post your query there. They have a section for people with queries on the Demo. You don't have to own the full thing to get an answer.

    They are great drums IMHO. You can also get free loops from Groovemonkee.com that will work on the demo.

    Thanks, for that, i've got the demo working on my man PC so I'll have to down load some loops from Groovemonkey
