Camera problem

Strange one this. Camera won't work. Switches on. Clicks and shutter closes as normal but shutter does not reopen. Have left it sitting for ages but still shutter does mot re open. Have downloaded a different camera app but result is the same. Running jailbroken 3g 8gb on 3.1.2. Any ideas folks? Have done power off etc.

Could be a corrupt video file or photo ...First backup your vids and photos then delete them all from the phone and try again.
