    Merci d'avance!

    Hello everyone,

I'm a student at Trinity College and am currently doing a year abroad in France (guess where!). Some of my friends here don't actually study French as part of their degree, so they will take the DALF exam after our exams in May. I'm just wondering if a degree in French would make such a qualification superfluous. It's not that it actually costs that much (€60), but I'd still rather spend the money on other things if I could!

    Thanks!

I did it when I was on Erasmus ten years ago. (or the DELF, can't remember)

I honestly forgot to put it on my CV until I saw a similar thread here a while ago.

If you intend to use your French or work abroad it probably is, otherwise not really.
