dell bt travel mouse dissconecting from laptop

i have a dell studio 1735 and i got a dell bt travel mouse of ebay a few weeks ago but it keeps dissconnecting from my laptop when i look in the bluetooth its there but when i try to connect it does nothing . 50% of time it dissconnects i can get it to connect by adding a bluetooth device and sometimes i have to reinstall…

i have a dell studio 1735 and i got a dell bt travel mouse of ebay a few weeks ago but it keeps dissconnecting from my laptop when i look in the bluetooth its there but when i try to connect it does nothing . 50% of time it dissconnects i can get it to connect by adding a bluetooth device and sometimes i have to reinstall the dell touchpad driver and then it works but today i cant get it to connect atall i down loaded a driver from the dell website for the mouse but still no good.

anyone have the same problem?
or anyone know how to fix it?
