Not buying anything off them in the next two weeks so work away on the discount. Post when the code is used to let other people know.

"Make an order over £25 in the next 14 days and we'll give you £5 off it.

Just enter this exclusive e-voucher code 383e8-94d16 on the checkout page - please give it about 15 minutes for this code to be uploaded onto our web server."

Thanks Morty. That's the first time I've managed to be first in to use someone else's voucher. I got some High-5 energy source and white bar tape.

    e-voucher code f461b-a41ee - valid until tomorrow, I think!

Thought I'd use it but to my complete astonishment and disappointment I don't seem to absolutely need anything:(.

Looks like that voucher code of Paul's may have already expired or has been used by someone else. Just tried ordering two cambelbak podium bottles and some bar tape but it wouldn't except it.

Hell, sorry about that, Doc. The original email is as follows:

"I've just had a look back at your account and noticed that you haven't ordered anything from Wiggle for a while.

While you've been away we've added loads of great new products, extensive new ranges from all the big brands as well as some fantastic new features. Shopping at Wiggle is now even easier and more enjoyable than before!

Make an order over £25 in the next 14 days and we'll give you £5 off it.

Just enter this exclusive e-voucher code f461b-a41ee on the checkout page - please give it about 15 minutes for this code to be uploaded onto our web server.

If you don't want to use this voucher yourself, you can always forward it to a friend.

    Visit Wiggle now: http://www.wiggle.co.uk?referid=rtnvchr

Please note, this code cannot be used to purchase Wiggle Gift Vouchers."

It was sent on 30th June and therefore should be valid until tomorrow. Maybe you have to access the site via the referral link above?

Thanks Paul, that is strange alright. Tried it via the referral link also and still wouldn't accept it. I'll send them an email on the matter as should work alright unless they've disabled it before the expiry. I'll let you know how I get on.
    Thanks again

For anybody who has not kopped it yet Wiggle are ripping of us paddies up to the tune of 15%..I discovered this recently and emailed them about it..Say if you are living in Germany or Spain you will pay about 15% less for your products...This is the relply I received from them today.....

    Hello

    Thank you for your email.

There are several factors that can influence our prices:

-geography to which we are shipping :we ‘translate’ that price into different currencies. The exchange rate we apply is typically directly related to the recent average exchange rate between the British pound and the relevant local currency over recent periods. This may vary overtime as we have to allow for potential volatility in currencies overtime.

-depending on the level of import tax duty and tax agreements we may or may not have to add GST or VAT.

Finally, in the case of some products of some brands in some geographies we may adjust prices to make sure there is some relationship to local market prices. This could involve us adjusting prices up or down to a level that we deem to be appropriate given local market or competitive conditions.

Inevitably, we adjust prices on the site from time to time reflecting the factors outlined above and from time to time these changes can be substantial.

Apologies for any inconvenience and I hope this clarifies.

    Regards

    James B

Its the bit about" local markets" that bother me,and what it means is simply this...Rip of the Paddies they are used to it!

Can't understand why anyone buys from Wiggle these days .... they are just too expensive!

Nice site to browse but if I need any thing big it's gotta be the German sites or a a good haggle with your lbs to get the best deal. Chain reaction are not much better by the way, but I suppose all the uk retailers are ripping us off for years, why should these 2 be any different.

I still use Chain Reaction a lot as its free postage regardless of the size of the order. They, like all shops, are more expensive on some items but also cheaper on others. For smaller value items you can't beat the free postage.

I generally browse most of the retailers until I find the best price, sometimes its a UK retailer and sometimes its from Asia, the US or from Europe (Germany, Italy, Czech, Spain, Greece etc..). There are plenty of bargains out there once your willing to look but sometimes they are also found in the LBS. I think the comment about the UK retailers ripping us off is a bit harsh when they are much cheaper on most items (bike shops) then my LBS??

Picking up a couple of bits and bobs today, including brake pads, energy drink and chamois cream, Wiggle (free delivery without priority dispatch) came out at €78, bike-discount.de came out at €47 for the same products, shipped via DHL. Also looked at ribble (€66 shipped) and bike24 (€59 shipped).

Friend of mine is picking up a Turbo for the winter and like the looks of my TacX flow multi-player. €289 on bike-discount, €589 on CRC, and a whopping €702 on Wiggle for the same product. C'mon now lads, consider the piss taken and get real.

Change your LBS then, I know that the small independent LBS I use will match and beat any price listed in any UK magazine or website, and as for Uk retailers ripping us off, just look at the STg/€ difference on any label in Next, Argos, B&Q etc.
