    does anyone know about the situation of interest rates? im variable n dont know weather to fix it ?

    It depends what bank your with what rate your currently on etc. Im also variable and would love to fix it for 5 yrs but my bank is currently offering 7.75%!!!some other banks are offering 3.20-4% which i would take purely for peace of mind as the rates will not get any lower and may (and probably will) rise in sept/oct. It all depends on your personal situation
