    Got the laptop about four years now windows XP but the other day I turned it off and it wont turn back on well, it keeps restarting and wont stop. I have no cd's for it, I know it not the power. I tried F2 start in safe mode but that did not work.
    any help would be great have'nt got the money to get it fix.

    also it comes up something like (Nt detect).
