    This is just beautiful - thought it deserved it's own thread, as I wanted to highlight it and get people to download the song from iTunes.
    On the evening of February 10th 2010, 16-year-old Sarah Phillips picked up her mobile phone and sang Paolo Nutini's 'Autumn' into it, without music but hitting every note with perfect pitch.

    She intended to perform the song at her mother's funeral. Four-and-a-half hours later, her mother, Debbie, lost her brave battle against cancer.

    After an internet campaign to make the song a single - Sarah's stirring rendition of 'Autumn' has now been released on iTunes.

    All proceeds from the release go towards the Debbie Phillips Cervical Cancer Research Fund.
