Just enquiring I have my eye on a apartment in south dublin and dont want to pay over the odds for it. As the spring selling season is just around the corner will there be price reductions and if so what month does this normailly happen? Thanks

Forget about waiting for spring price reductions etc. But a bid on the property at a price you are willing to pay (should be based on rent yield). If it's not accepted then walk away. Simple as.
