iPhone Call Volume suddenly very quiet

    Hi,
    I recently got my iPhone replaced due to a damaged screen. I've had the replacement about a month now and all of a sudden yesterday the call volume suddenly became very quiet.
    It's nearly impossible to hear the other party even though the volume is set to max. The speakerphone and ringer work fine.
    The phone wasn't dropped or subjected to shock so it must be component failure.
    The iPhone is still under warranty but I have no idea how to get it repaired or replaced. I don't want to make another insurance claim as it is Apple's responsibility to fix the problem.
    Anybody any ideas on how to contact Apple Care?

    or Telephone 1800 92 38 98 and have your serial number from your iPhone ready - Tell your story - Simple

    P.S. - To get the serial number of your current iPhone - Settings/General/About
