    Hi there,

I'm trying to find some info on the daylight saving hours used in Ireland during 'The Emergancy' (1939-1946). There was a good discussion about it on the Joe Duffy show a few months back, but I cant seem to find much if anything on the internet about it. I believe Ireland was an hour ahead of the UK even during the war? (although a lot of localities still kept to there own times)......very confusing!

If anyone can point me to a good source, or has any info to offer that'd be great! Its for a privately run museum so I need good info.
