Soundcard help needed...

My M-Audio Fast Track Pro just arrived. I have a NI Audio 2 DJ, but I upgraded to this so I could use 4 decks, as it says it has 8 outputs (= 4 stero outputs=4 decks). However, I can only get 2 decks to work...In the Traktor preferences I only have the option of 1&2, and 3&4. Where are 5&6, and 7&8?

I installed the drivers with the CD, I might reinstall them, but I doubt that will help. To make matters work, it won't let me configure the soundcard in system preferences, as I get this message:

'Can't open the M-Audio Fast Track Pro preferences because it doesn't work on an Intel based Mac'

I'm running a Macbook White on the latest version of Snow Leopard, with Traktor Pro 1.2.5.

    Anyone have any ideas?

What's worrying me os (aside from the inability to use the preferences), it said in the manual something about the TRS outputs mirroring the RCA outputs, which it didn't say on any of the product pages. Does that mean I won't be able to route 4 stereo decks through it...?

Fixed the system preferences problem by updating the drivers, but it still seems the product specs were completely misleading, and that in fact the two TRS balanced outputs just duplicate the 4 RCA outs, so I might have to return it.

Can anyone tell me if this, the ESI Gigaport HD will work with Traktor? 8 analog outs, that's definitely 4 stereo outs right? Is 24bit/96kHz output good enough quality? It say it supports ASIO, GSIF and MME, that'll work with Traktor right?

Don't want to rush into buying something else that'll turn out not to work...

More research shows it's USB 1.1, which could give me latency problems etc, and apparently if you run it with all 8 outputs, the quality suffers...Think I might have to shell out on an Audio 8.

    Anyone have any input?
