I'm Irish and got married in Poland to a Polish citizen. However i'm now looking for a divorce. Does anybody know if I need to apply through the Polish or Irish system. We live here on a full time basis - any help would be great.

Sadly you are going to have to use the Irish system.

    Are you 100% sure?

Unless, the Polish citizen is still resident in Poland or has a residence there, you are snookered.

There is a chance she is going to move home - could I use the Polish system then?
