    Sorry bout spelling...

I suffer from terrible dry eyes - I read in a health magazine about hylouronic acid pills and bought them today (e20). The benefits are supposed to be tremendous for hair skin and nails too (particularly if you are prone to dryness).

Does/has anyone else use/tried these? Did you see any benefits?

Where did you buy them and how big are they?

I am very interested in this. My eyes are constantly dry and itchy especially if I wear makeup. I use eye drops but they only work for a while and it's annoying when wearing eyeliner.

Please let us know how you get on OP.

For dry eye Id recommend linseed/ flaxseed, either in the tablets or the seed themselves. They help replace the natural oils that are often deficient in tears of people with dry eyes

I will indeed let ya know.
The capsules are not too big - they dont taste very nice though so they are not hanging around too long in me mouth!

+1 for this, My friend was recommended these after her laser eye surgery.

OP, never heard of these supplements. Only heard of it for topical skin purposes. Let us know how you get on with them :)
