Golden Ratio tests

    Hi all

    I'm not sure where I shuold be posting this but I'm just wondering if anyone knows any ,easurements that can be carried out to test the golden ratio. I know of belly button to floor/total height but after that not so sure of good ones...

    there are a good few mentioned in the beginning of ANGELS AND DEMONS (I think) by DAn Brown. One of his books anyways

    I heard once that architects use it all the time to decide how far off the ground windows will be placed and that sort of thing.

    "On length, the distance between a woman's eyes and mouth should be just over a third or 36%, of the overall length of her face, from hairline to chin.
    For width, they calculated that the space between a woman's pupils should be just under half, or 46%, of the width of her face from ear to ear."
