Yes it will. Plus any machine with DirectX10 would run it, your able to alter the amount of graphic detail within the game settings so if its not performing well just reduce it down a notch. I play 1 notch down from the top. It's still good

    whats your expectations?

runs like crap at 1080p is thats what you wanted to know - http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/gpu_displays/xfx_radeon_hd_5670_1gb_review/6
Will run it well at 1280x1024 no AA, medium to high settings.

Ignoring idiots who comment "far right" because they don't even know what it means

25-30fps is solid for FSX tbh

15fps is plenty in FSX. FSX is also cpu and ram heavy, not so hard on the gpu. It'll run great

15fps in FSX would only be acceptable on the ground while using an fps heavy add-on airport scenery package or add-on aircraft. Once airborne the fps will increase. If you can only manage 15fps while flying it will be unplayable with lots of traffic or at an airport.

That being said that pc linked to above will run it well. Turn down level of detail radius and turn down/off boats, cars etc if it is running slow. Also AI traffic is very CPU intensive as each AI aircraft also needs to be rendered so if its having trouble running it on full settings pull back the sliders a little, it should be fine.
