There's kickboxing in Portlaoise and Mountmellick, I don't have details but I could get them.
It's run by an English lad who came to our school one day a week for 5 weeks and thought us the very basics, dunno his name but he trained with Dan Hardy and a few others.

Also heard there was BJJ in Mountmellick, but not sure.
