Weekend hotdog cart hire?

Im looking for anyone who knows where I could hire a hot dog cart for a weekend. Its for a fundraising event, beach party theme and Im trying to get as much extras to add to the event. Im just after the cart.. Ill look after supplies and maning it. anyone have any idea?

I'v never heard of any available in Ireland, dont have the weather for them, what about a small mobile catering unit or something? you could always make a hot dog cart, cooker, preheated oven?????
