Subscribed to threads...

Every thread I comment on.. I seem to get emails sent to my email address from boards.ie with the title 'Reply to thread Help desk' etc..................... How do I stop all these?

- OK, first go into your user CP.

- On the left hand side under Settings & Options, click on Edit Options.

- Scroll down to the second box, Messaging & Notification.

- Within that box, go to the second box, Default Thread Subscription Mode.

- For the Default Thread Subscription Mode, make sure Do not subscribe is selected.

- Scroll down to the end and click on the Save Changes button.

That should work for you, but let us know how you get on.
