    There's a thread for things that are lovely. But recent research has shown that less than 3% of things in the universe are lovely, whereas approximately 104% of things are distinctly average.

    Like this pen. Such an average pen. Look at it there, in all its mediocrity:

    And this planet (or "giant sky sphere" as I prefer to call it) Sure it's red. But red isn't equivalent to lovely.
