having probelms with skybox

I have had sky in since September, I have had some problems with the box freezing and now its not turning on at all!!! Will it cost me to have them come out and look at it. I have seen talk of a call out fee but does that still apply in your first year?

I forgot to ask can I email them to sort it out or will I have to ring it cost me a fortune to ring last time.

I had a similar problem with mine recently and it turned out to be a fault with the box and there was no charge. They will ask you to try a few things over the phone before they will send out someone to see so if it is not a fault with the box you more than likely will get it fixed over the phone.

Ask them when you call how much a call out is.

If you only got it in September then it's covered under the 1 year warranty so there'll be no charge.
